ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG THIRD-PARTY LICENSE VERSION 1.1

Want to create content for ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG? We think that’s fantastic! We’d love to see more monsters, classes, mutations, adventures, or anything else you can think up. We just have a few simple rules we want you to follow.

1. Terms. If you adhere to these terms, you may publish third-party material stating compatibility with ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG for free or for sale and keep 100% of the profits.

2. Content. You may freely use and reference the general concepts of ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG, such as the rules and game mechanics. You may not use the game’s art. You may not print verbatim passages of text from the game, with the exception of monsters, factions, equipment, and locations of the game world. Avoid sexist, racist, homophobic and transphobic tropes and themes in your content.

3. Logos and Branding. You may use the “Designed for use with ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG” logos from the Wallhalla Games website (https://wallhallagames.com/atomicshadows/3rd-party), although it’s not required to use the logos.

You may use the term ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG in reference to compatibility (stating, for example, “This game/supplement is compatible with ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG” or another similar phrase). You may not use The WALLHALLA GAMES logo or regular ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG logo under any circumstances. You may not imply that your publication is an official WALLHALLA GAMES or ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG product or that you or your publication are affiliated or associated with or approved, sponsored, or endorsed by WALLHALLA GAMES or ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG.

4. Legal. WALLHALLA GAMES takes no responsibility for any legal claims against your product and will not be liable to you on any legal theory (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages arising out of this license or use of the licensed material. Any legal disputes, controversies or claims related to this license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and be settled by a Canadian court.

The following text must be included in the legal text, somewhere visible in the publication, and on the website or storefront where you promote the product:

“[Product Name] is an independent product published under the ATOMIC SHADOWS RPG Third-Party License and is not affiliated with Wallhalla Games.”
